The 2010 Bodog Mini Poker Series is one of the most popular events that takes place at Bodog Poker. It’s going on right now through Saturday July 17th.

Courtesy of Bodog Poker and the 2010 Mini Poker Series you can win a seat to the 2011 WSOP Main Event. That’s right earn a seat to next years main event at Bodog!

This is the first seat that Bodog is awarding for next years event and is a $12,000 WSOP prize package as a member of Team Bodog! In addition, you’ll get a chance to win a piece of $40,000 in guaranteed prize pools, a Bodog Poker Open V Prize Package, or free entry to the Sunday $100,000 Guaranteed!

Here’s how the 2010 Bodog Mini Poker Series works:

The 2010 Bodog Mini Poker Series is consists of 13 $10+$1 tournaments with $40,000 in guaranteed prize pools. The series runs from Monday, July 5th to Saturday, July 17th 2010. The top 30% of finishers in each qualifying event will earn points to Bodog’s Mini Poker Series Tournament Leader Board based on their finish. These points will be used to rank players. In addition, a first place finish in a qualifying event will give you automatic entry to the final!

At the end of the qualifying series Bodog Poker will host two other tournaments; first the Mini Series Semifinal on Tuesday, July 20th 2010, and then on Thursday, July 22nd 2010 the Bodog Mini Poker Series Final.
