Win Your Seat to EPT Berlin Courtesy of PokerStars

The European Poker Tour is coming to Berlin and they’re expecting a record number of players to participate in this event. The EPT Berlin is even being held in a venue that was specially built just for this event!

Best of all for the first time at a German EPT, PokerStars is guaranteeing a huge €1 million prize to the winner.

The total prize pool for EPT Berlin is €5,300 and the main event will take place March 2-7, 2010 in a beautiful glass palace which is being constructed right next to the Spielbank Casino in the heart of the city.

Last year’s EPT was the biggest poker tournament ever held in Germany.

A total of 667 players competed with German Team PokerStars Pro Sandra Naujoks, who lives in Berlin, taking it down for a jaw-dropping €917,000. Naujoks was only the second ever female EPT champion and only the fifth player to win an EPT in their native country.

Qualify for EPT Berlin at PokerStars

Playing satellites on PokerStars is easy. If you’re not already a PokerStars player, first download the free PokerStars software by clicking here.

Once you’ve installed the software, it’s time to create an account.

Then, once you’re in the PokerStars lobby, click “Events” then the event of your choice and you’re ready to register for the satellite of your choice. Click the “Tourney Lobby” button to make your buy-in.
